Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Once your order has been received, we commence work and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted. If you require clarification regarding résumé package inclusions, pricing information or the most suitable product to suit your needs, simply call on 1300 737 863 or email us on [email protected] prior to making payment. If you have any issues with quality or satisfaction, we welcome an email at [email protected] to gain an insight into your thoughts and experiences. The documents we prepare for you such as cover letters, résumés and key selection criteria are based on a combination of information received by you and our understanding of your needs and requirements. Hence, the information gathering stage and your availability to respond to questions throughout all projects within time frames is crucial. Credits can be issued if for example you order a gold package that includes 2 applications and you only have 1 job advertisement of interest upon ordering, your résumé writer will make a note on our computer system that are still in 'credit' to have a second application prepared at a later stage, when a position of interest becomes available. There is no expiry date, therefore you can use anytime in the future. However credits cannot be refunded and form part of an already discounted package.
